Desert Dream Cones is owned and operated by Sylvalin Starlight, with the help of Coal Edge. It was founded after Sylvalin’s love for crafting unique, desert-inspired frozen treats turned into something more than just a hobby—it became a dream.

With years of experience creating decadent desserts, Sylvalin brings a touch of magic to every cone. She believes in the joy and connection that comes from sharing sweet moments with others—and at Desert Dream Cones, those moments are always on the menu.

Our ice cream is carefully crafted using premium ingredients and inspired by the warm, whimsical charm of the desert. Every flavor tells a story—whether it’s a swirl of prickly pear sorbet or a creamy cactus blossom cone. The shop is designed for comfort and immersion, offering a cozy indoor eat-in space.

When we do have leftovers (which is rare!), they’re gifted to local community establishments in Bluebell—because we believe every cone should make someone smile.

Don't forget the shop is dine-in and takeout. We also have complimentary specialty coffees and juices. We are child friendly!!
